Using HARVI’s smart control panel, operators can optimize multiple operational objectives in real-time such as reducing energy consumption and/or maximizing operational reliability.
Our real-time optimization process works by studying a system’s historical data and making short-term predictions of the system’s trajectory based on factors such as the calendar date-time; whether or not it’s a national holiday, the current weather; as well whether or not there’s a major event in the area (scraped off Twitter). These predictions are then used to iteratively simulate the impacts of multiple control decisions until an optimal control decision is found. Once the optimal control decision has been determined – it is delivered to the operator in real-time through our smart control panel.
